A graduate of Columbia University’s Teachers College, where she earned her doctorate in Urban Education Leadership, Dr. Charisse combines deep academic expertise with a practical understanding of the challenges facing students and professionals at all stages of their journeys. She provides comprehensive support for navigating graduate school admissions, including application strategy, personal statement development, and interview preparation. Beyond admissions, she offers research and dissertation coaching to help students structure their work and move confidently toward completion.
